General Terms and Conditions

hereinafter referred to as “Paglianza Hotel”.
Rates do not include tourist tax.
Completion of the reservation requires payment, by bank transfer or credit card, of 30% of the total stay within the terms indicated in the estimate. While the balance of the stay must always be paid by bank transfer or credit card within 15 days prior to the beginning of the stay.
CANCELLATION WITHOUT RISK.
In case of cancellation of the reservation or change of dates of stay within 15 days prior to arrival, the amount paid will be refunded net of a deductible of Euro 50.00 for the management of the refund file.
For cancellations and/or changes of period, after this deadline, penalties will be charged as follow
– from the 14th day to the 4th day with respect to the date of arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total stay shall be paid, while the remaining 70% paid as balance shall be reimbursed in the form of a voucher that can be used for a new reservation during the same and/or following season;
– from the 3rd day with respect to the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay will be paid.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
CHECK-IN
Reception will activate check-in procedures from 11:00 on the day of arrival and no later than 21:30.
Rooms are guaranteed to be delivered by 4:30 p.m. on the day of arrival, however they will be assigned as soon as they are available. The stay includes dinner on the day of arrival and lunch on the day of departure. Any lunch on the day of arrival will be charged as an “extra meal” at the cost expressly indicated in the rates and supplements section.
Upon arrival, Guests must present a valid identification document, both for adults and children. To speed up the check-in procedure, we invite you to use the “online check-in” section of our website or app.
CHECK-OUT.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
For any extras/accounts to be settled, we recommend that they are settled no later than 24 hours before the day of departure.
For early departures days and/or meals not taken, no reimbursement will be made.
For security reasons and to access all the services included, guests must wear the “Paglianza Hotel” identification bracelet, which will be handed out at check-in.
THE ‘Soft ALL INCLUSIVE’ RATE includes:

o Full board: continental breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet of side dishes, choice of several first and second courses; dessert. House wine, soft drinks, water and beer on tap.
o Celiac menu on request.
o Buffet service served.
o Possibility of replacing meals (lunch or dinner) with a Pack Lunch, to be notified directly to the host on the evening before.
o BEACH SERVICE (available until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure) 150 metres away, PRIVATE LIDO, equipped with 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds (from the 3rd row to the 7th row), canoes, pedalos, shower and changing room.
o OPEN BAR HALL (from h. 17:00 on the day of arrival), at the lobby bar, h. 09:30/15:00 – h. 17:00/24:00 unlimited consumption of soft drinks and juices on tap, coffee, camomile and hot/cold tea, ice cream in cups.
o OPEN BAR ON THE BEACH at the new “Tamerici Beach” (from 18/05 to 21/09/2024 – h. 8:00 am – 8:00 pm), unlimited consumption of water, soft drinks and juices on tap. NEW 2024
o “We are in Puglia” Friday evenings meet Apulian tradition, typical dinner, evening with tasting of typical products by the pool, live music or DJ set . Service offered from 22/06 to 06/09/2024. In the event of bad weather the activities planned outside the structure will be cancelled, no form of reimbursement or compensation will be given. NEW 2024.
o FACILITIES AND SERVICES: WI-FI available in the lobby and pool area. Use of the equipped swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, children’s play area. Internal unattended car park.
o Daytime and evening ENTERTAINMENT (from 18/05 to 20/09/2024). Daily programme of sports and contact entertainment, on the beach and in the pool, with group dances; daily health appointments such as: muscular awakening, stretching, Pilates, aquagym, aerobics; diversified choice for evening entertainment, with piano bar or DJ set, shows, dancing and/or theatre evenings. Mini club (4/10 years) – Junior club (11/17 years).
– CHILDREN’S SERVICES 0-12 years, possibility of placing a cot or bunk bed in the room (on request when booking). Playground. In the restaurant, small dedicated buffet with vegetable and soups, chicken breast, cod fillet, etc. Choice of children’s favourite dishes from the menu.
– “Cinema under the stars” – cinema evening for children and young people, showing movies and animated movies in our pine forest. NEW 2024
– WELLNESS AREA free use of the area, upon reservation to be made on site and includes exclusive use of sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower NEW 2024
– SWIMMING POOL & “WARM POOL” with free access from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m
Rates do not include:
– Canned and/or bottled beverages, alcoholic beverages, spirits and everything packaged by a third party producer.
– Tourist tax in effect for the year 2024 in accordance with the municipal provisions on the institutional website of the Municipality of Peschici.
