GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FUTURA SERVICE s.r.l.s, located at Corso Cairoli, 37 – 71121 FOGGIA, tax code 04468170719, VAT number 04468170719, and registration number 04468170719, registered in the REA of FG-330215 of Foggia – hereinafter referred to as “Paglianza Hotel.”

Rates do not include the tourist tax.

To complete the booking, a 30% deposit of the total stay must be paid by bank transfer or credit card within the terms indicated in the quotation. The remaining balance must also be settled by bank transfer or credit card at least 15 days before the start of the stay.

RISK-FREE CANCELLATION

Booking cancellation: if canceled up to 15 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded, less a €50 handling fee. After this period, cancellation fees are as follows:

• From the 14th to the 4th day prior to the arrival date, a penalty equal to 30% of the total stay will be applied, while the remaining 70% of the balance will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for a new booking during the same summer season and/or the following season.
• From the 3rd day prior to the arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the total stay will be applied.

Booking changes: A handling fee of €50 applies for any booking changes.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

CHECK-IN
The Reception will start check-in procedures from 11:00 am. Room allocation is guaranteed by 4:30 pm on the day of arrival; however, rooms will be assigned as soon as they become available.

Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID, both for adults and children. To expedite check-in, please use the “online check-in” section on our website or app.

CHECK-OUT
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. Any extras or outstanding balance should ideally be settled 24 hours before departure.

No refunds are provided for early departures or unused days/meals. For security reasons and to access all included services, guests must wear the “Paglianza Hotel” wristband, which will be provided upon check-in.

THE “Soft ALL INCLUSIVE” RATE INCLUDES:

• Full board: Includes a continental breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner with a choice of various first and second courses served by our chefs, a side dish buffet, fruit, and dessert. Wine, soft drinks, filtered water, and draft beer. Gluten-free options are available. No refunds for missed meals; a replacement packed lunch may be requested by notifying the dining manager the night before.
• BEACH SERVICE (available until 12:00 pm on the departure day), 150 m from the hotel, PRIVATE BEACH, equipped with 1 umbrella and 2 loungers (from the 3rd row onwards), canoes, pedal boats, shower, and changing room.
• OPEN BAR HALL (from 5:00 pm on the arrival day), at the hall bar, from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to midnight: unlimited soft drinks and juices, coffee, cappuccino, hot/cold tea, chamomile tea, ice cream cups.
• BEACH OPEN BAR at “Tamerici Beach” (from 05/24 to 09/19/2025 – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm): unlimited water, soft drinks, and juices on tap.
• “We are in Puglia” Friday evenings dedicated to Puglian traditions, including a typical dinner, poolside tasting of regional products, live music, or DJ set. Service offered from 06/14 to 09/06/2025. In case of adverse weather, outdoor events will be canceled, with no refund or compensation provided.
• FACILITIES AND SERVICES: WI-FI in the hall and pool area. Use of the equipped swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, children’s playground. Unattended internal parking. Shuttle service (14-seat golf cart) from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
• ENTERTAINMENT (from 05/31 to 09/12/2025): Daily program including sports and social activities on the beach and pool, group dances; daily wellness activities like morning stretching, pilates, aqua aerobics, aerobics; diverse evening entertainment, with piano bar or DJ set, shows, dance, and theater performances.
  Mini club (ages 4-10) – Junior club (ages 11-17)
• INFANT SERVICES (0-2 years): Small dedicated buffet with vegetable purees, soups, chicken breast, cod filet, etc.
• CHILDREN’S SERVICES (ages 3-13): Playground and, upon request, kids’ menu in the dining room.
• “Cinema under the Stars”: Evening dedicated to cinema for children and teens, with screenings of films and animated movies in our pine forest.
• POOL & “WARM POOL” open access from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The rates do not include:

• Canned and/or bottled beverages, alcoholic drinks, spirits, and any third-party packaged items.
• Tourist tax for 2025 according to municipal regulations, available on the official website of the Municipality of Peschici.
